About Dr. Suzanne
Dr. Suzanne Buffie is a chiropractor who has been practicing for almost 20 years. A native of NJ, she now lives in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, is a hockey mom to three teenage children and married to a chiropractor, Dr. Jared Buffie.
Dr. Suzanne became passionate about Intermittent Fasting in 2016 after she experienced her own success with losing over 60 pounds quite effortlessly. This is after having thought about or struggled with weight most of her adult life. Based on her own amazing results she discovered through properly applying Intermittent Fasting, she created the Fasting Solution program and has helped hundreds of others find the same success. The Fasting Solution is a customized coaching program utilizing the principles of Intermittent Fasting and a low insulin response diet in the right combination for the unique individual.
Dr. Suzanne’s programs provide hope to people who have struggled with their weight and gives them a new freedom so that they will never have to “start a diet” ever again.
Coaching Programs
Dr. Suzanne's Fasting Solution coaching programs are customized to meet the needs of the unique individual. We are all different, so reaching weight loss and health goals are not "one size fits all". Depending upon one's lifestyle, likes/dislikes, different health conditions, weight loss goals, and many other factors, Dr. Suzanne will customize an Intermittent Fasting plan that will work for each person individually.
Clients will first discover and then master:

- What foods are best to eat
- Which fasting schedule is right for each person
